This review was not merely a final acceptance inspection; rather, it served as a critical step in the standardized process-the "last systematic refinement before final acceptance"-aimed at ensuring every detail perfectly aligns with operational requirements and safety standards through deep, on-site collaboration between the client and engineers.

Once production begins, XINZ will regularly report the manufacturing progress to the client according to the established project schedule and can arrange video or on-site supervision at key milestones upon the client's request, ensuring quality control is maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process. |

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) & Training |
After the vehicle rolls off the line, a rigorous Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) will be conducted. The client will send personnel to participate and test the vehicle against the pre-agreed standards. |

International Logistics & Customs Clearance |
XINZ provides a complete international logistics solution, including export packaging, sea/land freight arrangement, insurance, and destination customs clearance assistance, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of the vehicle to the client's site. |

Upon the vehicle's arrival, on-site commissioning assistance can be provided. The project also includes a complete spare parts package, technical documentation (operation and maintenance manuals, parts catalog), and a one-year quality warranty, forming a closed-loop service. |
All refinement items are expected to be completed within the month. Subsequently, XINZ will coordinate with Chengfei to arrange the final Factory Acceptance Test, and immediately initiate the international logistics and destination delivery training plan.
