Step-by-Step Usage Guide
1. Install the Capsule
Attach the CASRI Water Detection Capsule firmly to the syringe (ensure the plunger is closed).
Avoid loose fittings to prevent capsule detachment.
2. Collect Fuel Sample
Immerse the capsule into freshly drawn jet fuel.
Stir gently and draw 5 mL of the sample.
For closed-circuit sampling, install the capsule into the chemical water detection port and draw 5 mL.
3. Check for Water Content
Withdraw the syringe and immediately observe the center color:

4. Post-Test Procedure
Empty the syringe back into the sample container.

Important Notes

⚠ Do NOT use the test paper if greenish-yellow or discolored spots appear.
⚠ For optimal accuracy, test fuel samples immediately after collection.
