CF5061GXJYNKR Aircraft Hydrant Dispenser  is only 2 meters high, which is also known as "low-attitude" hydrant dispenser, can perform underwing refueling service more effectively towards most aircrafts with a wide range of sizes.This Dispenser is exclusively designed for refueling JET A-1 jet aircraft on runways and aprons. It is not permitted for use on public roads.Operators must comply with all national regulations regarding airport vehicle operations. Refueling operations may be conducted by a single operator.

The vehicle provides two refueling methods:

Underwing pressure refueling via platform hose & Underwing pressure refueling via reel hose

Daily Maintenance Checklist
 

Visual Inspections

Static Grounding: Drag chain must contact ground.

Leak Check: No fuel/oil/water stains under vehicle.

Fire Extinguisher: Pressure gauge in green zone.

Flow Meter: Valid calibration seal intact.

Closed-Loop Sampler: Clean, undamaged.

Component Tests

Static Cable & Clamp: Tight connections, no corrosion.

Filter Status: Indicator legible (replace if obscured).

Auxiliary Tank: Fuel level ≤ 18% capacity.

Chassis Checks

Tires:

Pressure: 5.5 bar (cold).

Tread depth ≥ 3 mm.

Nut torque marks aligned.

Fluids:

Engine oil: Dipstick between MIN/MAX.

Coolant: Reservoir at marked level.

Functional Tests

Instrumentation & Electrical Components

Verify all gauges, lights, wipers, and horn operate normally

Interlock System Verification

Test Sequence:

a. Trigger any interlock point → Confirm:

Interlock indicator illuminates

Parking brake engages automatically

b. Reset interlock → Verify:

Indicator extinguishes

Brake releases only after pressing confirmation button

Hydraulic System Operation

Platform Test:

Raise/lower smoothly using electric controls

Verify stable positioning at any height

Reel Hose Test:

Extend/retract hose via manual valve

Confirm continuous movement without jerking

Emergency Shutdown Checks

Dashboard Switch:

Press → Engine must stop immediately

Requires manual reset to restart

Collision Shutdown Bars (Platform):

Trigger any bar within 10cm travel → Engine must cut off

Auto-reset allows normal restart
