Major Function

Refueling Operation

The aircraft can be refueled from the onboard fuel tank through either a double-deck hose or single-reel hose system. The fuel undergoes filtration (to remove contaminants) and precise measurement (for accurate quantity control) before transfer.

Defueling Operation

The aircraft can be defueled (or fuel can be drilled out) using the same double-deck hose or single-reel hose. The extracted fuel passes through filtration (ensuring cleanliness) and measurement (for volume verification) before storage or disposal.

Fuel Storage & Circulation

The vehicle can fill external storage tanks or directly supply fuel for operational use. The system supports in-tank circulation mixing to maintain fuel homogeneity and prevent sedimentation.

Mobile Pumping Unit Functionality

Visual Inspections

 

Static Grounding: Drag chain must contact ground.

Leak Check: No fuel/oil/water stains under vehicle.

Fire Extinguisher: Pressure gauge in green zone.

Flow Meter: Valid calibration seal intact.

Closed-Loop Sampler: Clean, undamaged.

Component Tests

 

Static Cable & Clamp: Tight connections, no corrosion.

Filter Status: Indicator legible (replace if obscured).

Auxiliary Tank: Fuel level ≤ 18% capacity.

Chassis Checks

 

Tires:

Pressure: 5.5 bar (cold).

Tread depth ≥ 3 mm.

Nut torque marks aligned.

Fluids:
